Corporate Email Problems Restored

Posted in MMS Building Information, website on December 16th, 2012 by MMS – Comments Off on Corporate Email Problems Restored

93732224_a8de1450a1_oOur corporate email problems have been resolved and the system is back to normal.

Thank you for your patience!

If you’ve tried to communicate with anyone here at MMS via email today and heard nothing back, please forgive us …. we’re not trying to ignore you!

Our corporate email system has been out of service since the beginning of the day. No one has been able receive or send a single email message.

Of course, our technology team has been working feverishly to fix it, but as we write this  (4:35 p.m.), to no avail.

However, our phones are working fine, so that’s the best way to reach us today:
(781) 893-4610 or (800) 322-2303.

Our websites are also in good working order, so if you need to take an online CME course or conduct some other business, you should be fine.

We’re sending updates periodically on our Twitter feed (@massmedical) and our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/massmed).

We hope to fix everything very soon! We’re sorry if it’s caused you any inconvenience.
