Update on Massmed.org Member Email Service

Update: July 7 4:50 p.m.

We have completed the upgrade, and the system appears to be functioning properly.

If you need additional assistance, please contact massmed.org email support at (800) 322-2303 ext. 7321 from 8am to 4pm ET, or email us at support@massmed.org.

To address system problems from yesterday’s upgrade we will run a process at 2:00 p.m. ET today, June 7, to address reported issues.

The email server will be offline at 2:00 p.m. for 15 minutes while we run this process. Please do not attempt to access your email via any method during that time. After the update you will be able to access your email again.

    I am getting the same message with Login failed.Please check credentials-any have any solutions- Please help…

    As of 1100 on June 8, I still get the same message when I try to log in as others have detailed above. Also, when I call in to theTech Support yelephone line, all I get is a message from June 7, and there is no opportunity to talk to a person.
